The Howard County Conservancy is sponsoring a free lecture by Living Classrooms' Abigail Blarenblitt on living a "leave no trace" lifestyle.
Blarenblitt will share her best practices for recycling and composting. After the lecture, she will lead a hike around Belmont and the Patapsco Valley State Park trails to clean-up trash.
The event will be February 16 at Belmont from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
