It's an election year - do you know about EVP?

The Environmental Voter Project is a non-Partisan, non-profit organization that is working to increase voter turnout among environmentalists.

By studying voting statistics and using big-data analytics, the founder of EVP discovered there are literally millions of registered environmentalists who do not regularly vote. For example, in the 2016 presidential election, the number of environmentalists who did not go to the polls in Pennsylvania was almost 7 times larger than the final margin of victory!

Wouldn't you like to see more environmentalists voting? EVP is strictly non-partisan; they don't endorse candidates or try to tell anyone who to vote for. They are just working to get more environmentalists to the polls.

One of the few good changes that have come about due to COVID-19 is that now all Get-Out-The-Vote activity has gone online. You can help EVP Get Out The Vote from the comfort of your chair, using only your phone or computer! Check out EVP and get involved, for the Environment's sake! When you click Get Involved you will see links to upcoming training sessions on how to contact voters via voice or text using the EVP web tools: https://www.environmentalvoter.org/ (Try it - it's a cool thing to do!)

Many thanks to Paul Bade (ELL Class of 2019) for this great info!
